Little Bit about the Owner/CEO Racheal Harwell
Racheal was born in California and relocated to North Carolina following her honorable discharge from the US Navy. She is married to Eric Harwell of Sherrills Ford, NC, and together they have three sons and six grandchildren.
In 1998, the Harwells established their machine shop in Hickory, where Racheal developed a keen interest in accounting. While their sons pursued their careers, Racheal worked full-time in the field of accounting and completed her degree simultaneously. She attained an undergraduate degree in accounting and business from Catawba Valley Community College and Gardner Webb University. Furthermore, she earned her master’s in accountancy from the Godbold College of Business at Gardner Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC.
Racheal's expertise in accounting spans primarily within small businesses, particularly in the manufacturing and medical sectors. In addition, she is the owner and CEO of Jamco and Sons, LLC, which was officially launched in 2022. Jamco specializes in the customized fabrication of farm equipment and various agricultural products.
